In a technology space, i think it is more now, give you an example of how you can really use strength to improve team productivity. In the engineering space, we have a lot of interworts, right? Like people wo have great ideas, but they will never share their idea,. Or whenever a big competition is announced with a prize, they may not want to participate in it because they're not utterly comfortable.
