The Possibility of Change

The possibility of change itself is threatening. Mi talk about this lot in my work. There's no we are wire to ay in those familiar habits, patterns, playing those familiar roles. And then kind of like, you know, right, once you begin to ask these questions, and you do, then kind hof come up with the possibility that change might be more an alignment with what you want or what you need. O brought the word safety, the unknown, something newor it doesn't feel safe at a lot of times.
