The Photograph of a European Otter in the Water

The first photo we got was taken in November 1933 by Hugh Gray. To me, the photograph looks like a common European otter floating on its back. It's one of their most characteristic behaviors. But the bottom line is that this image is so blurry that it doesn't provide evidence for anything.
