Goldman Sachs is one of the leading franchises in the innate space. But it also feels like a business that hasn't evolved, maybe from a technology perspective. And so there are a lot of things that we're doing around catering to different audiences than we head typically and focused on. Half of our clients have been with us for over a decade, but the average adviser tenure is almost 15 years. This is a business where longevity really matters and personal relationship really matters. We have to keep evolving.
