The Threat of Implanted Devices in the Body

I once worked with J. Radcliffe at McConaughey and he gave a talk on hacking his insulin pump. I remember him in the press room masking the name of the device because he didn't want the manufacturer to get mad at him. He needed to spread the word that these devices in general were not that secure. If you're talking about a nation state actor, then they would have the resources and the time to really track all of these types of different vulnerabilities into some type of programmatic attack against an organization.
