There's a great deal of shame associated with falling when you're an older adult. So something that would require some Tylenol and Advil and a discharge home in someone as youthful as Dr. Tillman means admission for an Older Adult. Everything can be broken and older adults are tough. They're going to say I'm fine deer and they'll be intubated 48 hours later for their flail chest. The response to identified injuries is where things may start to change a tiny bit.
