Can I Get a Quesadilla?

CNN's John Sutter had a funny experience when his wife was nine months pregnant. He went to a Mexican food store that you can get quesadillas at and I'm the only person in the line. When he asked for a quesadilla, they told him: You have to order on the app. This is like from a dystopian novel where people don't make any sense because rules are put in place by someone who doesn't actually follow them.
