The long-term regulatory framework for Google is antitrust where they're held to abuse that power in various ways. On the flip side antitrust regulators are much more likely to have an issue with Google because their position in the value change is so much stronger than Facebook's. The regulation for Facebook is likely going to come by a more sort of democratic means by which I mean there's going to be like laws passed, he says.
