I think that better knowledge sharing leads to a better employee experience overall. If your employees know what your corporate strategy is, and they can easily tie their work to that strategy, it is more motivating. And people are, of course, leaving their jobs at a really high frequency right now. KM, I think, is one of the best ways to prevent that.
