There is no concept of non-adherence there's no concept of day-to-day failure and we also as an extension of that made a lot of design choices not to include numbers that become red. The algorithm adapts to what you did and does not need to bend that into great adherence or moderate adherence or poor adherence it's simply not a factor. We don't have a bunch of scary banners and negative alerts when you go over a target when cutting or if you go under a target when you're bulking right. What we're trying to do is facilitate positive reinforcement of flexible restraint mastery promotion.
