Can You Try Out Consensual Monogamy and See if It's for You?
About one out of eight people who were in a monogamous relationship said that their ideal was actually a consensual nominogamy relationship. As a psychologist, I would caution people to not just be like, oh, I want to open up my relationship and hop on a dating app immediately. You could go and see a therapist who is affirming of nominogamies or have this neutral third party to help you work through some of the things you're experiencing.
