All the best knowledge is tacit. It's what's happening every day in Zoom calls or face-to-face sales meetings, right? That's out there where someone figures out how to overcome an objection - that's tacit knowledge. So enablement teams and any sales team have to figure out a way of how do we how do we harness that that tacit knowledge. In fact, Microsoft has a social learning program for the recent college grads that come in. They had no objectives but they wanted people to have a good experience through it.
