The Effects of Opioids on Sleep Disorder Breathing

In the limited studies we've done, really what these drugs do is they change your respiratory control. So it makes you less sensitive to CO2. And in this year, PD folks that actually kind of seem to go the other way, instead of loop gain kind of going down, their loop gain tended to get a little higher.
