How Do You Think About Failures?

i think, just a lot of these things fall into place. And i agree with you tha hard part, but the most important part is got to actually care about the people on your team. If you can actually do that, you don't care above all else. Everything in life has cycles. What about failures? This is another topic that that i know you've thought a lot about. You know, success is built on a collection of failures. But it doesn't drown in failure.
