Is There a Political Litmus Test for Diversity in Higher Education?
At University of California Berkeley, they require very elaborate statements that are basically political confessions. It is absolutely a political litmus test. And to me, this is insane. We're actually considering litigating it. There's different forms of open up to legislation against it,. But it is a politicallitmus test. Which is wrong.
