How Do You Get Qualitative Feedback From Partners?

How do you get that qualitative feedback from partners who are, that's so valuable? One of the things we've done really well since launching is for each kind of new iteration or feature for the API, we will try to do it in a limited beta fashion first. We also just recently started a developer community where folks can go and start asking questions.
