When i was taking these ante depressant pills and then a suffered from these headaches. I just had read the research about the nesibo effect, and just opened my mind to the possibility that they weren't causing me great damage to my brain. And that in itself, was hugely beneficial to me. That's something i really want to emphasize in every chapter of this book, is that you're not deceiving yourself. You're just opening your mind to possibilities. When you do that, you can kind of let the brain's prediction machine do all the rest of the work, all the hard work.
