Tim Ferris: I'm just going to talk about this with health and my, and my end of Tim Ferris podcast or am I on Andrew who's podcast am I on. We do have some fun questions for you, though,. but we have a morning routine question, which is sort of like what's Dr. Geo's morning routine. Well, I like running, but I love doing more body weights and more, more hit and things. And so I do strength training with coffee. There seems to be some benefits there. He says he doesn't feel like he's getting an ergogenic benefit or more energy from coffee necessarily. But that's pretty much his morning routine.
