Oriental monism is a point of view towards life which merges everything into a kind of sickening goo, he says. Hinduism simply uses the idea which is in the Christian Trinity, only it makes it a multi-Trinity instead of a three one. Of course, the thorn in the flesh is always. In approaching a doctrine which seems to be monistic or pantheistic, what about evil? Are we to make the ground of being responsible for evil? And we don't want to do that because we want to keep God's skirts clean.
