i'm always fascinated by people's sales processes like how do how do you finish that flow mmm anti-sale no hard close i think it's still recovery from my sales training 20 years ago. It is a function of how much willing data they're willing to share and so i don't want to ask for everything  they never get around to it so i want to make it easy yeah. I'll take anything and everything they'll give us from trust documents to insurance policies to all their investment statements what they give me is very helpful as well because it helps me understand what they're about.
