Retrospective Practices - What's the State of Art?
One of the things that we know you are well known for is retrospective practices. I see now, retrospective tools bopping up every tos we wich, and probably not seeing all of them. But if you look at really bringing it back to a sharet learning and taking action, that's where still the big challenges an be tpected. We have the data, but getting people to agree on ok what? What do we learn from this? And i think one technique that canectly up in there is a kind of game vacation, where you can create a setting where people can play togeter better understand.
