I feel like there's another way that we haven't explored which is like instead of taking the money like take the money out in that sense but we could just start like let's say the government went out and got the best of the best because they paid well. What do you have AI do the hiring somehow now the AI is created by someone who already has the biases but if it had no biases it can't be you can't bribe I don't like hiring the people is the problem really. There are plenty of people out there who are fucking righteous and want to work and make the world a better place but when you put those people into a system where that's impossible  they end
