Docker API for Test Containers
Test containers are based on Docker, and as long as you have something that can talk Docker protocol, you're good to go. There is container D, but it's currently focused on production needs. What I would like to see is something like Docker API, but not being part of some product; rather a generic API described with swagger definition. And we now start looking at things like Lima, which just was an idea, and an idea on running container D making it easier essentially to run container D locally.
