I think the people who are in that business and they see what's going on, they're saying you're going to ultimately have to raise rates. Why? For what? Because they don't see inflation coming downThe last little bit of inflation run out of the system. Even if they don't continue to raise rates, I think it's a pretty tough call to assume they'll drop rates. And dropping rates is what it's going to take to save some of these things.
