Is It Exclusive?
The only person never excluded from the reception of Holy Q is the priest who's offering that mass, he says. He has to complete the sacrifice and the completion of the sacrifices by consuming it. Everybody else may either be excluded by state and life or they can't go before first Communion. There also is a venerable tradition of people actually choosing to refrain from receiving in order to increase their devotion and love for the Lord.
