Are You Optimizing for Optionality?
The focus on what is best for the patient ultimately will be best for the company. So putting the patient first is not an aside. It's very important. And understanding the spatial environment that all o these different kinds of cells find themselves in really tells a story about the probable evolution of that cancer within that patient. If you can predict where you think it's going to go, from that knowledge, then you can jump ahead and have new treatments that you predict will be needed with the evolution for that individual patient.
