Is Your Goal a Goal or an Outcome Driven Goal?

I think probably also have like maybe it's a this is my goal right the goal is to have 10% more users and then the activities that somehow okay because I want this goal I'm going to do X or Y. So let's say the next three months I'm trying to implement two new features  and then we can look at did it actually work? And so if you're not reaching your goals, there are other circumstances that prevent you from getting to 70k in revenue for the month or whatever it is. It doesn't depend on the response from external factors yeah but definitely try to balance it with certain things which are entirely within my control.
