Competing Against Luck, the Secret Lives of Customers
The book is aimed at teaching any one working in any type of organization, the concepts and tools and techniques need to understand customers. In some ways it has a narrower focus than competing against luck, which was kind of about the big idea. The other thing i think is somewhat new, or at least aactive, is i wanted to assert an approach to jobs to be done that's consistent with what i and others af inasit have learned over the years.
