Impaired Training Quality Isn't Going to Improve Body Composition

There's this kind of three-way relationship between sleep debt, stress, and food consumption that ultimately nudges us in the direction of over-consumption. So we see a number of reasons that an individual would have greater challenges building muscle and greater challenges losing fat if they're chronically under slept. We tend to have poor appetite regulation. And a lot of times we do have increased craving for foods that, like I said, probably aren't the highest quality foods in terms of their nutritional value.
