Danone has implemented a sustainable finance function in its company which didn't exist before at all. Jurgen: "We are not reinventing the wheel neither in the way we collect data" He says there's still a lot to do in order to harmonize processes to make them efficient. Danone is working on combining financial performance and non-financial performance discussions, he adds.
