Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis is reportedly preparing reco charges against Trump. Rico is Racketeer influence corrupt organization and it was a law at the federal level that passed just as I was becoming a prosecutor. It's unlawful for any person to conspire in order to commit an overt act, so they have to do something in furtherance of the conspiracy. The Georgia State Reco statute can be used well beyond organized crime.
