Introduction
This week, doctor katy linder talks about how she tried to move more in April. She didn't set goals that were over the capacity of what she could do. The weather got nicer here in denver and i was able to take some walks throughout the week. And so now i look at my calendar and i try to figure out where i might be able to fit in a walk.
