Using Proper Language

Marshall: It seems to me a large problem facing us is that we don't actually have strong conceptions what these terms mean. And i've been really struck, marshall, just in the last like, 20 years, the way that a failure of imagination has actually been part of our kind of incumbrance in politics. You know, i think you see that recently. Take for example, the death seiling debate. Some people on the right think the public qare applies to the internet. Peoplee don't thiyk applying to the internet and there's not even a shared language there.
