Thike: I think coaches are more comfortable with this conversation now, because the pandaemic forced so many of them to remove things that they'd learned soon after weren't necessary as they thought. And i'm really trying to help push that narrative of get the media to understand that the way you potray coaching is not the reality of coaching. It all those mundane moments and all that efficiency. Yeas i think of this entire topic of organization efficiency, right? As n i've talked to a few teams as well.
