Doug Vincent's wife was diagnosed with cancer right when he was called he was not released and stake president served for ten years. When that didn't then that release didn't come i think i think it it did i mean that situation affected but i wasn't really aware of that so again in this period in his life remember that i was staying at my parents house because my wife was taking her treatment and they were helping us with that. My brother was there and one time at night at dinner we started talking about second anointing again and i had these feelings like I am going to be released should i ask for a release or not.
