When Should You Hire People for Certain Jobs?

I think the challenge there is that that is very close to an affiliate program. And so at a certain point, there's a question. Why would you go through all the trouble of customizing the landing page if you could just turn these people into affiliates? Yeah. But can I, I want to pivot just a little bit to talk about how you built your team because this is something that I'm struggling with. And I've been talking to some of my mentors about this so far and I've been kind of surprised by their feedback.
