How to Keep Transaction Volume Up in the Residential Market
This year, you know, we're 2023, we're just in the second quarter transaction volumes way down. And so yes, the short answer is it does impact our business. The longer answer is volume took a hit because homes that we're able to deliver on a some cash flow are less likely to be bought by door vest. We've done stuff like points pay down, which you've probably seen in sort of more traditional real estate where we help consumers get a lower mortgage rate. That kind of comes as an example.
