We Are Not Responsible to Know Everything About Anything, but We Are Among the Elders

Pastors are not responsible to know everything about anything. You are called as a pastor by the risen christ to know his word and feed his sheep. Whether your church is ar rural or burban, small or large, young or old, will make a difference on this score. Our people desperately need us to know the bible and god's good news, backwards and forwards. And they need us to be men of god's word and men of the gospel.
