The Unsolved Enigma
Dogs have jumped off the Overton Bridge in Scotland as early as 1896. The bridge is 50 feet straight and wooded for rocks, so there's not enough water to cushion an impact. An article from 2006 estimated that five dogs had jumped during one six month period last year. In 2014, Alice Trevoro was walking her Springer Spaniel Cassie when she reported a similar incident.
