I think because it showed that what we wanted to do, how hard we worked, and how many people actually came up and said, oh my goodness, I'm so glad you're still here. You want them to feel connected in a relationship with you. And for me, that's an important part of my role is to be able to say hello to people and shake their hand and create that connection. How do you build a team that's going to do that when you're not there? Oh, we employ them in the first place. But also from the very start of the recruitment process, you make it very apparent that this is a hospitality business. And that's what we do
