How did you get around that? Ecause you had a tonue of knowledge at your disposal. Yes, all the intellectual knowse that i hand wasn't enough to rid me of that particular emotionally stamped belief. So in some ways, i had to recognize that i can't just listen to my intellect. That's an important tool as long a i'm wielding it consciously. But if i'm unconscious, it'll turn against me. And then, you know, throughout the course of his life,. there's been a lot of healing, a lot or repair. so i've learnt, you know what? I can heal. I can be more present. I can not turn up.
