The Differences Between LME and DME in Beer

Using LME and DME is a great idea if you're limited on doing all grain, or if you just don't want to spend the time to do the mash. Not everyone's using just 100% malt extract. I honestly don't see that very much anymore. Most people that are doing it are doing the partial, steeping partial mash. And even though they may have tasted, use the one that you like better for your taste.
