How Does This Stuff Work?

I remember just having the time of my life in those, I think there was like three workshop sessions and each one was a little different obviously. There's very few people I've run into who can formally design knowing those and utilizing those principles. Do you think there's something we can do as an industry to get people to consider the fundamentals of design and their process as much as we do with animation?
