How Did You Become Into Real Estate?

I love how you're, you know, sometimes having a role model, somebody who's walked in your shoes and you can see how they've done it. And so I think modeling is a huge, huge part of it. You have to get around people who are doing the things that you want to do. Your circle, your surroundings, it's really important to you achieving that. It was also a place that we lived and we know it well and I go back and I fix it up. We don't have property management or anything. It's very simple, it's very small and it's been an enjoyable process.
