An hour seems like such a long time for somebody to focus on a task. To sustain your attention, you're gong to feel the accumulation of two things: anxiety and boredom. The novelty o is getting less every moment that you spend on that single task. It might have been novel when you first opened up word document, but ten minutes later, shi's not novel any more. And so i feel like it's really important to allow yourself to just feel that anxiety and that boredom like wash on to you, and just accept it, and just take it.
