Are You Fat Adapted?

When you talk about keto or fat adapted, what do we really mean by that? What I mean is that your body has learned the ability to run on fat. So it doesn't have to mean that you are currently in ketosis. It's kind of like riding a bike. The longer someone is fat adapted, the more quickly they're going to be able to hop back on the wagon and get back into ketosis if they slip off the wagon.
