The Process of Building a Company From the Idea Stage

We go through this extensive process and the diligence phase to learn as much as we can, not only about the business and the potential opportunity, but how it is to work with this individual as well. We spend a lot of time and resources to really build the beta version of what we would eventually go on and build and bring to market. This involves a process of the machine method that we call the initial shaping of our machine core elements. And for us, at this point, we still have no paperwork with any potential partner.
