Having a Relationship With Other Cultures

I love that idea of it being an exchange not just a one way you know the person who's of the minority culture is flexing and changing but that for majority and minority cultures there's an exchange that's happening. I do feel at times where that I do have to flex a lot with brothers and sisters to be able to have a relationship with themWhere I have to really put down my cultural cues or in order to connect which even to this day I think is worth it.
