Turnover in Residential Real Estate
A typical turnover is making sure that the property mechanicals are all working and then doing kind of a light rehab on the, mainly the office portion where people will be. It's easier to show a space to a new tenant when there's somebody actively in it. If the prior tenant hasn't left yet, and we've signed a lease, that's easy. What tenants don't like to see is a space that's vacant, totally in shambles.
