The World Is Metaphysically Constrained, Right?

Lebnus: The world is what he, i believe in this text, physically necessary. He wants to maintain that there is a set of absolute laws governing the worlda prior to us,. But the world still is metaphysically contingent and we can't know why it exists at all. And so however far back we might go into the state, we'll never find in those states a complete explanation for why ... There are no physical states at all; only eteological ones.
